Antiguamente se dec\u00eda que si no se hac\u00edan creps el d\u00eda de la Candelaria (2 de febrero), el ma\u00edz se pudrir\u00eda y no habr\u00eda una buena cosecha al a\u00f1o siguiente. Durante la ma\u00f1ana del martes i mi\u00e9rcoles 4 y 5 de febrero, hemos disfrutado de este delicioso manjar.
