Nos hemos dado cuenta que, dentro de nuestras rutinas diarias, ya tenemos integrados algunos h\u00e1bitos saludables y otros que pondremos en pr\u00e1ctica a partir de ahora. Tambi\u00e9n hemos elaborado entre todos una pir\u00e1mide de los alimentos.
