Mitjan\u00e7ant el judo es permet desenvolupar les habilitats motrius b\u00e0siques, la for\u00e7a, la coordinaci\u00f3, la flexibilitat i l\u2019equilibri. Ens permet con\u00e8ixer millor en nostre cos, dominar-lo i desenvolupar un sentit d\u2019autocontrol.
